See that cat up there. Cat says buy the new edition of THUGLIT. Cat says his pops wrote a screamin' story for THUGLIT. Cat says if you don't buy, he'll show up at your house with knuckle dusters and a bad attitude.

It's under a buck. It's the most hardboiled short collection out there. It has my story, A Clean White Sun.

Buy it.

Dig it.

Stay chill.

  2. Thanks, Jim. For a guy who didn't want kids, I have a certain glow right now. You've been there. You know what I mean.

  3. Mike,

Oh man, I can't even begin to tell you how much this is going to mean to you, in so many different ways. You will never be the same....and that's a good thing. Now that you have him, can you imagine growing old someday without him, without him to lead and learn and guide. To take the hand off from you when it's time, and keep running? Smartest thing I've ever been told; "You live through your kids." Simple phrase right? but it covers so, so much.

I just thought I was a man until I had my two daughters. When I used to fall asleep on the couch holding one of the girls when they were babies. Wow. They would quiet right down and I would hear them breathe. Quiet, special. They would lay on my chest....The most peaceful one-two hours on earth. The oldest daughter is now a junior in college Mike. It's what you live for. -Jim
